Dr. Judy Fernandez is a licensed clinical social worker, and has her doctorate in Social Work. She is the founder of Mind Muse Therapeutic Consulting, LCSW, PLLC group practice in New York. She started a group practice to create accessible and affordable mental health services especially for communities where mental health is stigmatized. In her clinical setting, Dr. Fernandez focuses on the here and now while working with individuals to understand how past experiences have influenced the present. She works with individuals and practices using a variety of contemporary approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, meditation, and mindfulness.
