Petra Vega (She/Ella) is the Founder and Liberatory Leadership Coach of Create More Possibilities. Petra helps marginalized leaders (think BIPOC, Queer, neurodivergent, basically folks who’s mere existence challenges the status quo) cultivate liberatory power so they can show up powerfully and fully to make deeper impact in the world. Petra is also a Facilitator, Radical Social Worker and Emergent Strategist. Petra’s background includes over a decade of experience in building power with parents and neighbors, challenging toxic workplaces into care-centered spaces, developing facilitation as an art for consensus-based decision-making and inclusive, participatory engagement, as well as training the next generation of social workers to trust the people as experts in their own lives, interrogate the savior complex within us and to heal ourselves in order to heal the collective.

Victoriya Reich, LISW-S, LCDCIII
A little bit about Victoriya in her words...
I started in the field of mental health in college and quickly transitioned into the workforce and into my career. Starting with a community-based position working with adolescents and their families experiencing drug related and legal issues, I developed a passion for the fast-paced world of social work and being able to help clients and their families in a variety of ways. I transitioned through several jobs with different populations and various levels of care. Eventually landing into the world of private practice, which I quickly learned was a whole different beast when it came to mental health. I started understanding more about the back-end structure of a business, the challenges of working with others in a supervisory capacity and developed a drive towards eventually opening a private practice.
A friend, who also happened to be a coworker at my very first postgraduate job, and I have remained close over the years and have commiserated over the trials and tribulations of navigating the world of mental health and private practice. We saw a great amount of potential and being able to help other social workers develop themselves in the field and learn about private practice and the options they have within the field. Thus, TheraVault was born. We have been operational since 2021 and have recently hired a team of amazing and qualified clinicians to help us drive our mission forward.
Personally, I am married (almost 15 years) and have 3 kids (8.5 year old boy and 4.5 year old twin girls). We also have a 14 year old German Shepherd (Kimber). My husband relocated to Florida for school last year and I have been working full time at my primary job, also teaching at Cleveland State University, and thirdly starting TheraVault, to eventually phase out of direct care and move into a more supervisory and administrative role within the company. I love the field of mental health and I'm excited about the future of our company and personal growth as we expand our forces.
