Meghan South is an Author, Mental Health Advocate, and Human Rights, Activist. She has partnered with nonprofit agencies and advocacy groups to raise awareness and address major social issues such as racism, homelessness, and women's rights. Recently Meghan and some of her colleagues began to work on a project to address the need to improve health care practices and policies in her home country of Canada.

Amy Smitke
Amy is a clinical social worker with a passion for serving individuals, families, and communities. She believes in the power of therapy to help people heal and grow, and she is passionate about helping others find their path to wellness.
She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work and has worked as a therapist since 2010. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Community Care & Counseling with a focus on trauma. In her work with clients, she uses evidence-based treatment approaches to help individuals resolve issues such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, and substance use disorders.
In addition to her clinical work, her goal is to become an expert in trauma-informed care through education and experience so that she can help others improve their understanding of trauma-related issues and provide them with tools for treating these conditions effectively. She wishes to do this not only for the clients she serves in therapy but to also serve other clinical mental health professionals through supervision and training.

Bob Krome
Bob Krome is one of the proud owners of New Leaf Supports, LLC. Bob has worked in the field of therapy/ behavior supports for the last 16 years. Bob has always been very passionate about his work and he enjoys helping people, especially people who have struggled to find the right supports and environments to find the best person they can be. Bob finds inspiration in helping people be at their best and believes each person deserves at least one standing ovation in their lifetime.
Bob Krome graduated from Pen Argyl High School in 2004 and later earned his Associate Degree from Northampton Community College (NCC) in May of 2006. His major at NCC was that of Communication Studies. Bob eventually entered the field of human services with a management position at a non-profit residential program. While working for this agency, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree from DeSales University and graduated cum laude with a degree in Clinical Psychology. Bob also went on to earn a Master’s Degree from Lehigh University in the field of Special Education. Finally, Bob was accepted into a doctoral program at Widener University for a degree in Human Sexuality but after a few semesters, he decided to put his scholastic career on hold. While Bob does find his education to be a valuable part of his career, he finds the most important and impactful experiences to be with the folks he worked with on a daily basis, both clients and co-workers.
Bob’s experience in residential programming eventually branched into solely working with individuals who were diagnosed with a developmental disability and also had struggles with problematic sexual behaviors and/ or sex offending behaviors. Bob worked as a Direct Support Professional, Site Supervisor, Program Specialist, and Clinician. Within this time frame, Bob was able to gain experience and training in determination of risk and needs for offenders, outpatient therapy facilitation, specific education training, behavior supports, human sexuality, etc. Bob Krome has also gained experience in working within the criminal justice system with his professional tasks related to probation and parole communication, facilitating group sessions at a local jail, creating risk reducing programs at state and county levels, and testifying in court at magisterial, county, and federal levels.
When it comes to his personal life, Bob and his wife Ashley have a beautiful family that they love and care for, complete with a dog and cat. Bob finds value in training and competing in triathlons as well as singing in a band.
